1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Time Limit: You may request a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery of your order. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Condition of Items: Returned bottoms should be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, and any signs of damage. All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and attached to the product. Customized or personalized bottoms, unless defective, are non - returnable and non - refundable. Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page at the time of purchase are also excluded from the refund policy.

2. Initiating the Refund Process

  • Contact Customer Service: To start the refund process, send an email to service@luisparker.shop. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and details of the items you wish to return (such as style, size, and color). Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours on business days, providing you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item upon arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return packages.

4. Partial Refunds

5. Non - Refundable Situations

  • Failed to Meet Condition Requirements: Bottoms that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags and original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Non - Returnable Items: As stated, customized/personalized bottoms, final sale items, and any other products clearly marked as non - returnable are not eligible for refunds.

6. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect bottoms, contact us immediately at service@luisparker.shop within 7 days of delivery. Provide detailed information about the issue, including photos if possible. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund, covering the cost of return shipping. You may also choose to receive a replacement item, subject to availability.
