This Shipping Policy details the procedures and terms for processing, shipping, and delivering orders of bottoms from luisparker. By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, we aim to process it within 1 - 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons such as holidays or major sales events, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you via email if your order is affected.

1.2 Order Confirmation

Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a summary of your purchase, such as the styles, sizes, colors, and quantities of the bottoms you’ve selected, along with the total cost. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Please review these emails carefully and contact us at service@luisparker.shop if you notice any discrepancies.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

2.1 Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is our default shipping method. The estimated delivery time ranges from 6 - 12 business days.

2.2 Express Shipping

For customers who need their orders urgently, we offer Express Shipping. Domestic express deliveries usually take 3 - 5 business days, while international express shipping may take 5 - 10 business days. Exact delivery times will be displayed at the checkout page. Please be aware that additional fees apply for Express Shipping, and availability may depend on your location and the weight/size of your order.

3. Shipping Fees

3.1 Domestic Orders

Shipping fees for domestic orders are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your shipping address. The exact shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process. 

3.2 International Orders

International shipping fees vary widely depending on the destination country, the size and weight of the order, and the chosen shipping method. In addition to the shipping fees, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import charges imposed by the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees displayed at checkout. 5. Delivery and Receipt

5.1 Delivery

Our shipping carriers will attempt to deliver your package to the shipping address you provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange for redelivery or pick it up from a local depot. Some carriers may also offer options to reschedule delivery through their online platforms.

5.2 Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please wait up to 5 additional business days before contacting us at service@luisparker.shop. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either issue a refund or reship your order, depending on your preference.

5.3 Damaged Packages

Inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If the package or the bottoms inside are damaged, take photos of the damaged items and packaging immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at service@luisparker.shop, and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier and arranging for a replacement or refund.

6. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We offer shipping to most domestic PO Box addresses using Standard Shipping, but delivery times may be longer compared to street addresses. For APO/FPO addresses, we are happy to ship your order. When entering the address, please follow military addressing guidelines carefully. Shipping times to these locations may vary, and we recommend allowing extra time for delivery.
